Isabelle Kahrs

Isabelle Kahrs is 11 years-old and is currently in 6th grade.  She is happy to be returning for her fourth season with the St. Charles County Youth Orchestra as a violinist.  She has had the privilege of playing under the direction of Ms. Kyla Herbert as a member of Primo Strings (‘20-‘21, ‘21-‘22), and Mr. Daniel Mieloch, as a member of Cadenza (’22-’23).  She is honored to be playing with the Symphony Orchestra for the ’23-’24 season and is eager to further develop her musicality under the charismatic guidance of Maestro Williams.  At 5 years old, Isabelle began taking violin lessons from Khrystyne Bunselmeyer, a gifted and accomplished teacher, and remains her student as she approaches her 7th year of violin training.  Aside from music, Isabelle enjoys drawing, painting, playing soccer and assisting with Sunday school instruction at her church. She is grateful for her family, who support her in her interests.
