Claire Eltoft

Claire Eltoft is a freshman at Lafayette High School and she studies privately with Jalene Huang. At school, Claire participates in the marching band and Wind Ensemble as principal flute. In 2022-2023, Claire placed as first chair of the SLSMEA All-Suburban Middle School Band, and in the spring of 2023, she placed second in the annual SCCYO concerto competition. 2023 marks Claire’s second year in SCCYO, and she is incredibly excited to be back. Outside of music, Claire enjoys reading, nature, and trying new things.
